My wilted shadow right after a sneaky cardio workout this morning.
Five rounds of:
18 calories on row machine
20 plank jumps
20 walking lunges
15 calories on the assault bike
Had to complete the reps for each movement within a minute, with a minute of rest between the five rounds. I was (soggy) toast at the end.
