Arph. Realized from this shot that my fences shot from yesterday was taken in MF too, since I'd switched to MF for that IR shot on Saturday, and only took that one snap of the fencing samples yesterday...

I ran this through Topaz Sharpen to see what their focus tool would do with something this out of focus.. The (selectively applied) result is next door for the curious.

These two characters have an interesting relationship. I'm rarely around when their liveliest of interactions occur, but hear about them; either stories from Kim or I can hear them occurring downstairs while I'm working upstairs...

Obi (dog) likes to grab hold of whatever part of Neo (cat) that he can and drags him all around the room etc. Neo mostly just lays there letting Obi have his way while acting bored or mildly entertained at best. Sometimes during particularly intense sessions Neo will get pinned down and start groaning and making odd noises, but he doesn't attempt to escape...

Lately Obi has taken to grabbing Neo by the tail, which when Kim told me finally explained why I'd been noticing Neo losing much of the hair from his tail, though it doesn't look like it in this photo.

Unfortunately here Neo wasn't in the mood and headed for high ground right after this shot attempt. And yes, there are occasions when Neo is not in the mood and will let his claws send the message. He seems to be smart about it though from what I've witnessed. It only takes one relatively mild swat to the nose to send lil' pup scampering.

Queen Mishka on the other hand is far above all of this nonsense and has never once mingled cordially with Obi.
