this one is pixel shifted, the one next door isn't.. rushed the processing so not content with the results yet. The nice sunset sky colors came out about three minutes later but I had to cut out of there because the blood suckers were all over me and I couldn't hang for even another minute...

And btw was here to test strategies for ND filter light leaks and they were a flop. Back to the drawing board.

And the timestamp on the exif is an hour behind of course.. !@#$

Boy was Gimp choking and chugging at this size with the stuff I was doing. It was a real test of patience. Not sure the more careful edit was any better result to the casual observer but live and learn.

First - splendido image even if not processed to your ultimate preference.
Second - another thank you - this time for the side by side comparison re. pixel shift. It's very minor to my eyes, and the value varies in different parts of the frame but I reckon the PS version is marginally "better". It required a lot of switching between the two to convince me, but my interest in using PS has been lifted a bit.
