Yes, and as you will see later with many other subjects from the trip, I was often getting acceptable to me results with this combo. It's nice to have that effective 600mm reach in the bag and still be relatively light weight.

Oh yes - Sprung. Well and truly. Nice capture - I'm presuming it's 300mm in which case 1/60th has delivered a surprisingly sharp candid.
