I guess it takes a new-to-me lens to get me out in the morning. Can't say out 'early' because I was awake at 0445 and couldn't get out of bed until 0630 haha... Overcast sky didn't help matters. This scenery I know is familiar to Rod, and maybe others.

All the shots posted* were with travel tripod fully extended and raised up in the air with my outstretched arms over my head using cable release. This is a three shot stitch. Standing on the hillside doing this while feeling groggy/sleepy provided some sense of adventure for sure, but not like the adventure some in our group are accustomed to, and definitely not as much as when I've tried it with the K-1... Next door to the left PA226813 is one of three shots used in this stitch...

*Posted a lot for the Rodderock. And it's stll Rocktober after all.. And hey, I got through all this writing without any 'lichen' puns! Somebody needs to fix that in the comments.

A neat perspective and kudos for going through all that trouble to get it. Can only imagine what anyone watching would of thought!

Never would have thought to stitch a fisheye and well done!

Arghh, you're swamping me! Wish I'd been there to see you peaking so early. Grand colours and a brave stitch with a fishy.
