Don't know why I only brought the Da15 and didn't at least also bring a fisheye.. Pleasant man to talk to. This is his 36th year doing this. Tears it all down and redoes it a little different each year. His front yard is decked out too... Was going to do a pano but was burst moding the shots and some didn't turn out even with the bursts thanks to rushing to get out of the way of others.

So much fun to see. Big thumbs up. Love the over-sized nativity scene on the right. We have a small Mexican made, Mexican people'd Nativity scene, purchased in San Antonio Tx., that would fit perfectly. It's a cool set - the kings are wearing bandanas and have classic Mexican moustaches.

What a prodigious effort. Interesting too that he started this so young - it's usually the retirees that take on things like this. The DA15 has handled it quite well I think - even delivering a mini but classic starburst. Thanks for the link - an interesting read that explained the guy's enthusiasm.
