thanks all. yeah the crop was to avoid distracting objects in the frame to the left.. normally I'd have done the crop how i wanted then exported to gimp and cloned out the distracting objects, but I was in the mood to be consistently lazy... and the focus was where it was because I was trying to include some detail from the head band..

You're a true master of processing. it is not overdone and I like the compositions too.

This is a keeper for sure. I bet it would look great in black and white.

Still a lovely shot. Reminds me of a Vermeer painting somehow.

Interesting viewpoint here. I would have liked her full face to be in sharp focus versus the upper part. Great lens and wonderful shot though.

Worth the effort I'd say. Captured an interesting expression without here actually facing the camera directly.

This will do nicely. A bit more space on the viewers' left (rather than the right) for Hannah to look into might have been a consideration, but it's a minor point.

I really like how so much of it is in focus and the colours and textures are awesome.

Like the shiny brick tones. 1924 is nicely placed caught my eye immediately.
