I prefer the other one, mainly because of the sky itself, but I also like how the brick wall has picked up some of the cloud tones, albeit faintly.

The impact of the B&W is larger - it seems to suck me in and makes the place otherworldly and stark. the color sky is superb in the other photo but against that black and the high wall it seems like a distant thing not part of the scene - both make the viewer feel small.
