Haven't seen the others yet, but this one's a bottler. Love the distinct sloping break between light and dark and how the figurine links both with its sharp definition and vibrant colours.

Masterful light play. The whole image is very satisfying but I particularly like following the top edge of the basket thing from the left where the sunlit high bits dominate, across to the right where the shaded bits do and then disappearing into the bokeh.

The DoF seems perfect with the flowers beautifully isolated from the background. The two verandah posts frame the subject well and I like the subtle yellow/blue mix. It may have been a quickie but it's very nicely done.

glad my boredom does'nt leak through then... gimp was used, but not to do a composite, if that's what you ask. just one exposure here.. workflow was rawtherapee into gimp to use nik cfx and silver efx on it. did a little tweak to the right bottom corner to make the line meet the corner as it was actually outside the frame... if you follow it up to the bridge you'll see it gets mirky up there haha

Nice hints of backlit glow coming through.

Honestly, No, no hint of boredom. I have noticed that you've gimped it - is that a clue? Either way it's a terrific image imo.

So well rendered - LOVE the light here, and the diagonal cloud that draws your eye from left to right. Really enjoy your stuff.

Beautiful! If this were on flickr it would be an easy fave for me. Well rendered and processed.

Very vintage! Is it sad that the first thing I noticed were the Bosch wipers? (that's what we have on our VW too... )
