And my vote goes to this one for the closer view of the bricks, the dodgy wiring (some seems so anyway), and the really weird white paint job. Great find.

Lots of elongated rectangular shapes at different sizes and orientations; the absence of people/dogs etc draws me to the spaces/shapes.

Really a perfect subject for b&w. I'd have been tempted to crop the image off from that drainpipe to the left, to create a almost four quarters look, given the lines and spaces. And so many interesting lines there are!
