Yes, he has a heart murmur and couldn't be sold. So we had to rehome Bosley (Walt's Dad), which was hard and is still providing a lingering sadness. He is now living with a family on a farm in Northern California with multiple (dog) wives, and we get updates with pictures, so at least I know he is happy.

No, I brought lenses but with this being the acquisition point of the 50/1.4 Tak, the only other one I showed off was FA43, since I had it in my pocket.

i need to look them up again.. not something i want to do as often as they're doing it. there were some women. a couple who would have looked quite nice through Tak but i didn't make opportunity happen.

I reckon this one does work well in b&w - relatively easy to inspect the bokeh.

The hydrant is little bit stressed on the left, but I like the overall image. Rich colours, well balanced.

Gorgeous textural detail on the new leaves, and love that bokeh (even if the balls are a tad edgy).
