Yeah three straight days at the chiro and it's slowly healing... Another setback to my efforts at the gym though.. Sucks being old! And this time I herniated it just while sitting down to the loo! Last time at least I could say I herniated it while squatting 285 pounds! Argh haha

Oh, so sorry to hear about your back. That's nasty. Hope you are on the mend.

no good news, but at least no particularly bad news. that was on Tuesday morning when I herniated a lower back disc again... This was just her reaction when she found me spying on her while brushing her teeth
