Thanks. I don't use crop mode with this lens. I know Sandy says it's sharper/better in crop mode (he didn't exactly specify why as I recall) but I find it works for me just fine from about 14 to 17. It goes a little wider that way too.. Sometimes I accidentally go too wide then I have to crop or clone edges/corners, but I prefer it this way over crop mode...
