Colour ftw this time. The old Tak does good starbursts. And I've still got to explore this LE technique for cloud blurring.

Thanks all. It's only a few blocks from my house. I think Trinity Church is the name. I've long wanted to photograph this glass but didn't think I could because it's fenced off and on a busy corner. Then on my walk this night was happy to discover an easy and open access point to this pov. I was even able to sit down on the ground (to keep a low profile and avoid being seen by anyone who would remove me) and take my time... Thought I had a nice FA20 shot as well that covered the whole height of the building, but that was when I discovered that the lens has developed a fresh focusing problem.

I was going to view all yours in a block, but this pic deserves immediate buckets of compliments. The exposure looks to be spot on; it's an arresting composition and pov with captivating colours and a bonus sky that rewards inspection as well. Which church?

Nice catch. And I bet you also had some fun traffic at LAX. I've often wanted to catch this view but I tend to pick Sunday afternoon to go into the city when the traffic is moving, albeit slowly but moving.

Plainly pain inducing Phew, I'd probably cancel the trip or go another time when there is no traffic. And you say this is Saturday morning? No thanks!

Telling photo of the traffic conditions. Well exposed, nice detail - like the palm trees in the horizon. Great opportunistic shot
