I'm trying to get more in your mind here. Did you spot the Sun first and then engineer a foreground to marry it with, or did you choose the flowers first and while composing then noticed the Sun and put the two together?

Nicely composed ultracloseup but what do you think of the impact of the clinging water? When I was taking the frog pix last week I experienced the same effect - the water clinging to it by surface tension just distorted its outline too much for my taste. In your earlier head-on shot you were further away and it wasn't evident.
