it was the little flowers i wanted to focus on, but was rushed and got the petals behind them instead...

Nicely done b&w, good detail and contrasts.

Very effective image that accents the (seasonal?) tree butchery. Those sky streaks are very nice.

Nice long exposure streaking and getting that weak Sun in was well judged. I particularly like how everything seems to be converging towards the right. Interesting to see the beach furniture/shelter too.

Après le déluge ? I like the IR effect on the grass.

Not sure where you wanted focus but I wouldn't write this one off. The oof customers and the bokehed lights are fine, but the blue edged flowers star I reckon.

Cool ghosts and interesting to examine the different stores.

Very effective exposure of the artificial lighting in the wet; overall an invitingly bright image on an obviously gloomy day. A sparkling b&w.

Sheltered!!! We've been hearing about the California weather over here, which is unusual as we've normally got enough weather of ourselves this time of year to fill the airwaves. The bw processing is well "sharp" and contrasty; it really helps to bring out the driving rain. The 10-17 fisheye doesn't always cope well with darker (not dark) scenes IMO, and it's done a good job here with you.
