Yes, Mrs Todd did well. Rod has summed up the colour keys very well. I'm interested in how this lens renders versus the early Taks 50/1.4. Some people claim it's a very similar design, but I don't always see this coming through in photos. However, the in to out of focus transitions around the stirrers is just exceptional (like the Taks).

What Hannah's eyes tell us - "I'M JUST ABOUT TO GO FOR AN INTERVIEW". She looks like she has butterflies in those eyes...but I could be wrong, maybe she wasn't that nervous. Good luck, all the best Hannah.

Lovely portrait, lovely light. Hopefully Hannah will take an advanced photography course for you to enjoy.

Interesting how the focus is on the brush strokes and the end of the sleeve, and how the brush satroke texture is enough for the window light to pull out the micro-relief.

A hint of red/green separation on the raised seam but the background oof looks alright.

Recovered from the loss of the puppies?

Good idea to return to this subject. The bokeh's "better" but the pov is a bit different too. It's as if being up close to lots of small items is a bit of a bokeh test for this lens.

Ripper. Nailed the focus on the flowers and the bokeh here is terrific, with a couple of blurry figures evident amongst the bokehgons.
