Beautiful scene and an incredibly well stocked feeder (now). They'll be flocking to your garden, couldn't think of anything better to look out of from a room/office window, birds that is.

Agree with your choice on basis of focus and exposure. You can also leave the Xmas lights out now - facilitates night feeding and winter warmth for your avian visitors.

As said, a bit ratty around the neck and breast, but great capture of these interesting birds. Had a Conure a few years back, and could watch its antics for a long while. These birds are so intelligent.

Used to hate doing this with daughter's budgie - always worried he'd squirm at the wrong moment and lose his foot rather than part of his claw. The expression you've caught on this guy's face suggests he has similar concerns.
