These flowers are so deeply three dimensional, it's hard to get an image that does them justice. I reckon you've done good here.

Nice ramble Ron. Know how you feel; my daughter's been in NZ since June last year and no sign yet of returning to Oz.

Well composed and good lighting. The backlighting highlighting ton he hair and shoulders are a nice touch. I like the few wisps of hair being lifted by the breeze too. It's really a wonderfully caught moment, which is the a good photographer's edge ---

I had to look at them all. this one I like the most. I have said before, I just cant explain in more than a few words why I like a photo. So I am going try a few more words. I have 2 daughters and I love them to bits and I really miss them.
One is in university and the other lives far away in England. A photo like this makes me think its a nice well took picture, I smile and think back. Ramble....nice photo

Lovely portrait in all respects. Rod has provided excellent & interesting feedback on his top three, and I think he's made good choices (and brilliant commentary as usual). All the photos are lovely. This is the "prettiest" photo for me with the blown highlights in the sky smiling down and providing a lovely glow. While I like a lot of bokeh, the absence of it here is better.

OK there's not much in focus but the happiness shines through in truckloads.
