Nice long exposure streaking and getting that weak Sun in was well judged. I particularly like how everything seems to be converging towards the right. Interesting to see the beach furniture/shelter too.

Not sure where you wanted focus but I wouldn't write this one off. The oof customers and the bokehed lights are fine, but the blue edged flowers star I reckon.

Very effective exposure of the artificial lighting in the wet; overall an invitingly bright image on an obviously gloomy day. A sparkling b&w.
