The blue sky of the gr version is certainly nicer; the blue sky fringes in the trees is a bit distracting, but I prefer the brighter colours and composition of this one.

Both stunners in their own right, but this one's my fave too. Just gorgeous.
Can't help you with the lost images but it appears you're not alone. I typed in a question about your issue for Google to consider and there were/are heaps of references about the problem, from users all over the world, but no solutions that I could find. The favoured speculation is that it's a firmware issue. You might like to try the DJI Forum ...

Ahh, Mavica lives! I often find these "uninspired" takeoffs turn out well after all, including shots taken at very low altitude but with a higher perspective than standing on tippy toe.

Love this one. The road is a nice offset lead and sets the scale really well. The stepped fade through successive ridges is terrific and I like the flare hints coming through.
