Love the trails. I am thinking these are Christmas lights but at half a second exposure they had to be in motion - or perhaps the camera in motion.

I like the counterplay of the street and the flowers and the ambiguity of the weather - the bikers look cold but the people over across the courtyard are in light jackets.
