This one. Darker exposure and pops nicely from the unusual backdrop.

This one for the Sun and its interaction with the scene. Again, perhaps take out some of the sand?

Yep great use of flare. Nice placement, nice abstract.

I think I prefer this one, mainly because the bird features more. Perhaps take off some of the lower sand for a wide format with a third each of sky, water and sand?

Serene. Lovely early dusk tones. A telephoto would have been handy to grab that heron on the sign too.

Sprung! Your table or his? Beaut. starburst from the table and so sharp for 1/5th. I'm presuming this is hand-held but either way, the K1's ability to pull in sharp images hand-held at slow shutter speeds is a big plus.
