This is great. Nice candid shot. The bird looks like he's barely tolerating the situation. Hurry up!

wonderful portrait and nicely caught moment. Strong bokeh and light helps to isolated and highlight your beautiful mother-in-law.

him is definitely feeling the pressure. This is a fine result and the subject matter is wonderful with the curve of in-and-out-of focus part, and that one pod protruding out of the image. Many thanks for taking the time out to take this, amongst all the great modern lenses you have to try out and re-try out. Sigh, I can visualise the fun you're having; not just a better camera but a different pov.

Lovely all round, and technically so good to see the FA 50/1.4 getting some quality portrait time....there was a time when this lens was considered one of the very best, if not the best, modern fast fifty.

Great light. I defer to Rod's appraisal of the shot, but as a study of a father-in-law this is excellent and engaging. But the glass is empty. My mother-in-law's glass is never empty, otherwise it is half-empty (if you get my drift).

This is great, thanks for sharing! I love these kind of sign juxtapositions.
