The legs are a bit creepy in the background otherwise a really clever use of multi exposure!

Great shot! it's so busy and yet, it's so easy to focus on you. Wonderful multi exposure pp work. The B+W is spot too.

Was this composited inside the camera?
I think I just learned a lesson from you in doing in camera composites. the idea of shooting last one with flash to make out something.
Were you girl also exercising behind you? or!!?

I like this sort of shot.. I imagine it must be right at MFD with a 70-200. Exposure looks good, and the focus is right where it should be.
