Nice composition

Nice pigeon, I like how its blue "make up" pops around its eye.

a lovely light play with those leaves to welcome you home.

Hard call between the two but I'm opting for the colour - it does help appreciation of lighting effects, like the undersides of the foreground hand rails, reflections and the columns over on the left.

Assuming the sculpture is the focus, I think it needs help to stand out better - either a shallower dof to blur the background, and or colour rather than B&W, or if retaining B&W, maybe a different colour filter in NIK to add pop.
