Nice light and colour for the bridge; reflected fill from the water is probably helping, and the motion blur of the sky is lifting the bridge even more.Great combination.

lol, thanks for the thought! The flamingoes are taking over the world. It was Annabelle's birthday yesterday and even the candles on her cake were little flamingoes

Just had a sqizz at Hawai'i 2006. Brought back a lot of great memories, it's certainly one of the world's special places. Going as a family with the kids at that age makes for a lot of joy - like the buying and wearing of the Hawaiain shirts and dresses. Amanda's purple dress was the highlight of her trip. Thanks for providing album access.

Yeah, tropical vegetation has a lively, captivating quality but I think you can be proud of your indoor garden results back in AZ. Hugely challenging outside of course, but you have all those special arid zone plants to enjoy - best of both worlds? That said, this shot seems a tad cool overall, dampening the sub-tropical vibe.

Interesting to compare the GR3 and phone views. I prefer the GR version for the seemingly broader and warmer view. The ceiling lights in 3881 have a greater presence without detracting from other elements.

Sunsets over the sea seem so different to sunrises; envious that you were so close.

I don't know what they're called but the GR has got those leaves popping nicely.
