Very fine focus and the bokeh seeems to be hosting a mass of aphids.

I wouldn\'t have a clue, but happy to run with Noel\'s ID. Plenty of them according to Arizona Aphids search. Could be Oleander aphids.Nicely documented.

Interesting way to show off that crazy plant. I like that the triangular space it occupies is the inverse of the background hill, despite the fog/smoke obscuring its crest. Intriguing Kremlin style walls defending the houses too
