Ripper!!!

The colours seem to complement each other better here and I do prefer the whiter snow.

Ha, with IR there's total freedom to colourise whichever way one wants. I find the challenge is to find colours that combine well for a particular scene. The orange/brown water here has me thinking polluted, as in say, mine effluent, rather than natural tannins. The cabbage mauve trees are intriguing.

I prefer this to the original - the colours seem more natural. A dramatic transformation.

Ripper seascape in mono. Lots to interest; good depth from foreground to horizon; rock outcrops that are nicely dark and contrasty but retain some shadow detail; Water smoothing not overdone; B&W processing ftw.
