Great vista in b+w. Like Rod, I’m curious about that structure...

Superb B&W, so clear. The Sun's rendering has me thinking of a nuke bomb going off. What is the foreground structure?

Thanks for pointing out the color problem, Rod. I am often taken by a relatively new auto white balance setting in RT that gives punch to colors, but I think maybe because of green color blindness that I have, I sometimes miss when things don't look right. I'm not going to redo this stitch right now because of all the work, but here's an example of the correction I would make with the single frame using the older auto white balance of RT that made it warmer as it should be for the shade, and should keep it from being too green. And I also found I had the vibrancy setting too high...

Almost like one of Rods 3D things where you nearly go blind. Glad for the other shot and almost gave up on that one =)

As well as the prevailing lush green, the reds are back too - eg in the vicinity of that stumpy reddish cactus centre left - little flecks here and there, but also on some of the foreground rock surfaces and adjacent shrubs.

Thanks for the larger view - I can see her(?) clearly here now but definitely needed the assist. Excellent stitch and tbh I can't recall ever using a tripod to get the base images. Everything looks very green - the tall cactus for example, and even parts of the chipmunk's face ...

Tripod? What's that? I'll take it as a compliment though thansk! All I've been using with this lens is the OIS on the lens, with the camera IS turned off... One time I knocked the OIS button off by accident and wow what a difference haha... And of course multiple times now I've switched lenses and forgot to the camera IS back on and get that reality check too...
