Just to confirm, on the laptop Firefox is indeed auto scaling the image to fit.

Liking this one more, has a much calmer feel to it.
This size is a nice compromise for the big screen I find, my laptop has a puny screen too but I make it a point to view any worthy photos on the desktop anyway. But saying that I am sure I have never had any problems with your images not fitting on the small screen, perhaps the browser is doing some scaling for me.

Even braver - 13 secs and barely any movement. Lovely blue hour tones; very calming.
Image size is fine for me. The default size fits nicely on both my laptops; and fairly often I select the original size and then zoom in.
