Maybe not what you wanted but still a fine shot, I am curious if the several minute exposure would of blurred the selfish couple out, or if they were still enough to make use of in the composition?

Doesn't that behaviour give you the s*s. So selfish when blind freddie could see you were set up to photograph something. I'd have asked them nicely to move out and then consider stoning them .... but I can be a cranky old bugger. Anyways I like your composition very much and the LE wispiness you've got is very attractive. The foreground contrast is particularly nice too with the bare sand and weed strands on one side and the mainly rocky area on the right. The hint of pink in the sky is good too - glad you opted for colour.

Lovely soft, glowy light to set the mood just so.
I do wonder if the cat is a willing participant in that hug, or just resigned to her fate.
