Not sure about this one. I like being close to the figure; partally blocking the view through the portal adds mystery; a pity perhaps that i's a rear view, but in these circumstances one can't have everything

Liking the background symmetry and the foreground diamond pattern is a nice counter.

Yep, I prefer this one - the railing shadows extend further into the frame, and I think seeing more of the light car is a plus.
