No tripod. Phone has a fast burst mode* and I just composite them in manually. Wish I could adjust the burst speed, but it's a phone.
*I haven't gotten scientific about it or looked up the spec, but the burst mode can go on a long time, longer than I've ever wanted to go. I'm guessing if I went a minute I'd have a thousand images or something like that. There was one outing where I used burst mode numerous times and came home with three thousand photos to copy to my computer. With the car above for example, I had guessing around twenty shots with the car in frame and could only use three to space it out for this.
