Yeah a full 10+ hours of driving with a couple hour long pit stops.. Thankfully no speeding tickets. Quite a game to avoid them. I was definitely feeling the pull of Yosemite. Haven't been there in 27 years! So difficult to get in there these days that I won't even bother trying.

That's very close to my average speed for road trips. Wearing but rewarding. A shame you didn't have time to explore the park.

So that is your hand! must have dried up little. Yea, good to have plan B and settle for that. I would have gone there and then maybe got back alive..not recommended. Always next time!
