Thanks, and yes, I've used a remote before for monopod popup shots, but planning is not my forte, and the light would have been gone by the time I hobbled back inside and rummaged around for it and got it going.

The comp is good - especially like the tree fern claiming the left side. You have managed to bring a beautiful glow to the greens - and the sky, of course.

It would be nice if it was possible to enable SR with the timer, though. An option would be to use a wired remote - with a long cord. Mine's just about 1m, but I guess an extention cord should work. (A quick look on ebay reveals only short 3 pole cords, though. All the long ones are either 4 pole or 2.5mm to 3.5mm. More investigation needed.)

no idea what type, but my head was quite near this thing before i even noticed it haha. (was out back with my inversion table). (back is making progress, by the way). i'm glad i included this shot then. i only included it because it had the little baby or whatever that thing is in focus along with mom's butt.

Even though it's featuring the arse end, this pic appeals most.
