Bit of a test - shouldn't have had that second red with dinner perhaps. A very productive outing - lots of spaces effectively explored and captured, and very conducive to b&w.

Definitely prefer the lighter rendered ones for this scene.

This one, for the peeps looking at the water. Terrific set of b&ws, and looks like a good place to take the Laowa.

When I was checking the thumbnails, the darker, higher contrast frames caught my eye first, and I think I still lean towards them, but after looking at the full versions the lighter finished ones jumped up. It's nice having someone like the guard on the central staircase, but the woman in this one still provides a good humanising feel. I like the floor reflections more in these versions too.

Fantastic. I wish we had something like this. I'm flagging this one for the symmetry and for the arch with the crackers hanging down behind; the colour is amazing.
