The highlighted window scratches are messy but attract attention, as does that bold acute angle bottom left.

I prefer the longer arcs in the darker version, but the extra brightness and almosrt frenxied activity makes this one the winner for me overall.

I quite like the comp. too with all the detail in the central band, capped top and bottom with relative emptiness.

Liking the tones and the wide crop.

Very nice how the image grows from the "nothingness" base, with focus right on the cactus flower.

no but Kim (wife) started a new hobby a few months ago... or i guess started taking it to another level... not making these but acquiring and flipping antique oriented merchandise. her proceeds so far just pay for the booth space she rents in an antique mall in town, and to get more stuff to sell, but she enjoys it and seems to be good at it. this blanket she got recently to flip then decided she liked it too much to let it go... https://www.instagram.com/mabelsbarn/

My Mother used to make these. Have you started a new hobby?

Beautiful greens and what an interesting locale. The image more than fits the theme. I like the various natural greens that are peppered around the green drums. Real nice!
