I instantly think of Dalmatians with this in B&W and all those spots. I expect to see Cruella DeVille to show up.

What I've learned (from theory and experience) is that to eat higher amounts of fruit I have to keep the fat intake down. The theory is that higher fat levels in the blood is primarily what causes blood sugar issues when it comes to eating fruit and carbs. The fat basically blocks sugar absorption by coating the sugars. So I eat lower fat for the most part, and also intermittent fast, meaning that I don't eat until lunch for the most part, which gives my body all morning to burn the fat up, then some days I don't eat until dinner... Then I scale in the other direction too, if I've been going to town on higher fat foods, I won't eat as much fruit. That's my typical weekends haha...

This is just how I like them too, but not so many. My blood sugars go a little out of control if I eat more than one a day. I like the close up/partial bananas. The repetition is great too.

I share your enthusiasm for smoothies, but not such complex ones. I also like my bananas before they spot. Your b&w presentation is intriguingly good, but it wouldn't encourage me to buy these bananas

It's easy to like Mexican food. Even though shrimp and I don't agree, this still looks tasty.

Empathise totally. Liz and I had a favourite Mexican eatery for years - always 53, 61, plus sides of sour cream and extra hot chilli sauce. Never varied.
